The Accident is a short contemporary dark thriller film, currently in post-production.

After an argument escalates, Jack tries to cover up the accidental death of his partner by simulating a hiking accident.

In the middle of the night, on an isolated road, his car breaks down. He then comes across an overly curious mechanic, then an enigmatic woman who immediately seems to perceive his lie.

What begins as one man's escape becomes a confrontation with a survivor who has learned to no longer be a victim.

The film explores the mechanisms of domination and ordinary violence and survival through a minimalist, nocturnal and tense staging, between psychological thriller and contemporary film noir.
